Islem holds degrees in analytical chemistry and instrumentation, from universities in Tunis and Lyon (INSA).

She also has a PhD in chemistry from the University of Lyon.

At Bandpay & Greuter, Islem mainly handles patent drafting, patent prosecution, as well as due diligence and freedom-to-operate work.
